1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of GetSimOtp, including our website, mobile application, temporary-number services, wallet, deposits, and support services. By creating an account, adding funds, purchasing a number, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Service
GetSimOtp provides access to temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification messages where available. Numbers are supplied through third-party telecommunications providers for a limited order period. We do not control third-party platforms or guarantee that a particular platform will send a code, accept a number, or permit an account to be created or recovered with a supplied number.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity completed through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account without our permission. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Lawful and permitted use
You may use GetSimOtp only for lawful personal or legitimate business verification purposes. You must not use the Service for fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, account theft, unauthorized access, financial crime, money laundering, spam, illegal marketplace activity, or activity that violates another platform's rules or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, retain evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities where misuse is reasonably suspected.
5. Temporary number orders
Before buying a number, you select a service, country, operator, and displayed price. Availability and prices may change before an order is created. You are responsible for selecting the correct service, country, operator, and entering the assigned number correctly. A temporary number may not work for every platform, country, account, or verification attempt.
6. OTP delivery and no-OTP refunds
An SMS verification code is delivered by the destination service and telecommunications providers; GetSimOtp cannot guarantee delivery. If no OTP is received, you may cancel the active number order before any SMS or OTP is received. When our server and provider records confirm that no SMS or OTP was received and the cancellation is valid, the price of that number order is automatically credited to your GetSimOtp wallet balance.
7. Trying another number
After a valid no-OTP refund is credited, you may use your wallet balance to try another number, operator, service, or country. A new attempt does not guarantee OTP delivery. No refund is available after an SMS or OTP has been received, including where a code is invalid, expired, delayed, rejected by the destination service, entered incorrectly, or no longer needed.
8. Wallet balance and deposits
You may add funds using payment methods made available in the Service. Deposits are credited only after they are successfully verified. You must send the exact requested amount through the selected method and network. Once a deposit is successfully credited, it is final and non-refundable. Deposited funds are for GetSimOtp wallet use and are not redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or withdrawal, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Payment information and networks
You are responsible for selecting the correct payment network and entering any required transaction ID, reference, memo, tag, or address correctly. We are not responsible for funds sent through an unsupported network, to an incorrect address, with missing payment information, or in an incorrect amount. Blockchain and payment-provider transactions may be irreversible. We may delay, reject, reverse, or investigate a deposit involving a mismatch, duplicate transaction, fraud concern, chargeback, compliance issue, or technical error.
10. Pricing, third parties, and availability
Prices and applicable fees are displayed before purchase and may change before an order is created. Third-party telecommunications providers, payment providers, wallet providers, blockchain networks, and destination services may impose restrictions, fees, delays, or outages. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature, network, service, country, operator, or pricing option when reasonably necessary.
11. Privacy and data
Your use of GetSimOtp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may process account, device, transaction, order, and support data to provide the Service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve platform security. You must not submit another person's personal information unless you have a lawful right to do so.
12. Suspension, disclaimer, and liability
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for a violation of these Terms, payment fraud, refund abuse, false information, or legal, security, or operational risk. The Service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSimOtp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits, lost accounts, lost opportunities, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, with Washington, District of Columbia as our stated business location, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
